As an Online Comp Prep Coach I specialise in Females, and cover all Federations. Being the Australian Figure Pro Champion 2023 I am well versed in what is needed to achieve the amount of muscle and symmetry that is needed for all Categories from Bikini, all the way up to Figure. The fact that I own a gym called The Glute Station may give you a hint that I know a thing or two about how to build legs and Glutes, and this really is my forte when asked what areas I most enjoy building with girls and excel in.
